Until the day of arrival.
What reasons are accepted for a refund?
Any documented reason (e.g., illness, injury, vacation cancellation, natural disaster).
How much is refunded?
– 85% of the booking value.
– A 15% deductible is applied, except in cases of hospitalization or death.
How can I request a refund?
Contact the BeSafe Customer Care Service, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by sending an email to info@besafesuite.com
