Gitavillage Talamone is located in Talamone, a picturesque seaside village on the Maremma coast, in the province of Grosseto (Tuscany). It is easily reachable by car and just a few kilometers from Talamone railway station. You can view the village map here.
Is Gitavillage Talamone open all year round?
No, Gitavillage Talamone is open seasonally. The 2026 season will start on April 23 and end on September 21.
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open from 09:00 to 17:00. In case of emergencies outside these hours, the reception can be contacted by phone.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Camping area:
– Check-in: dalle 09:00 alle 21:00 (per chi non ha prenotato)
– Check-out: entro le 10:00
For arrivals after the scheduled time, guests will be accommodated in an external area until check-in the following day.
• Village area:
– Check-in: from 14:00 in high season, from 12:00 in low season
– Check-out: by 10:00

The beach service is included with village accommodations and includes 2 sunbeds and 1 beach umbrella reserved for the entire stay. On the beach, guests can also rent canoes and pedal boats free of charge. For camping guests, the beach service is available at a cost of €5 per item (sunbed or umbrella).
Is it possible to go on excursions or rent bicycles?
Yes, excursions are available in the Maremma Natural Park and around Talamone. The village also offers bicycle rental to explore the area. Excursions and cycling routes are suitable for all levels.
Do you offer water sports activities?
Yes, Gitavillage Talamone is the ideal place for water sports. You can practice windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing, and also rent canoes and pedal boats free of charge. You can also book water sports lessons at our partner center TWKC.
